Forgiveness in essential in life. It's easier said than done. You may not forget the incident that worsened your relationship, but you have to forgive before letting go. It's near impossible to forgive and forget, but possible to forgive and let go. There is no point holding in a grudge or keeping the hate of someone within. Allowing it to accumulate on oneself, only leads to your demise and destruction. Instead of negativity, chance your mind set to something positive, and use that to spur you on. Yet, the choice is yours.
